Terms and Conditions

Please take a moment to read our Terms and Conditions and please feel free to call us if you have any queries or feel these conditions are unreasonable. In the absence of any such communication we will assume you have accepted the conditions.

Invoices

Invoices are raised immediately following a training course, presentation, relaxation days or self awareness coaching services and will be sent to the nominated contact

Payment Terms

Payment of invoices is due within seven days from receipt of our invoice

Cancellation

Should it be necessary to cancel a booking for any reason, the following cancellation charges will be incurred.

• More than 30 days from the agreed date of the course (no charge)
• Less than 30 days 50%
• Less than 15 days 100%

Course cancellations can only be accepted in writing

Expenses and VAT

Expenses incurred in the delivery of training courses and related services will be charged at cost. This will include travel, accommodation, meals and freight/carriage. All car travel will be charged at 45p per mile.

VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate
